Planning

At this stage we meet with you, either in person or via teleconference/Skype and discuss your goals for the site. Most importantly we discuss any desired timescales for the site to ensure the project coincides with your deadlines. If necessary at this stage we will split the project into phases to accommodate your needs and any budgetary constraints.

Mock – ups

We collate our thoughts and outline our proposal and mock-ups of your website to ensure that our ideas are in keeping with your thoughts. With the proposal, specification and where applicable mock-ups are signed up we begin the work.

Design and development

Here’s where we begin our work in earnest. We continue to keep you in the loop to ensure that you are happy with each new element of the website as it is completed.

Website launch

The launch of any website needs to be handled with care. This is especially the case when the new website is replacing an existing site. We’ll work with your technical team if necessary to ensure a smooth migration from old to new.

Site maintenance

With the site launch complete and fully functional we then hand over control of the site to you. We prefer to embed a content management system in all new websites wherever possible and if this is the case we will ensure you receive adequate training so you can continue to update your website as it evolves over time.

Feedback!

With the site complete, signed off and all parties satisfied the first thing we provide you is a feedback request form. Regardless of project size we’re always keen to hear from our customers shortly after they have experienced our service to ensure that we’ve met your requirements. At this stage our relationship with you has only just begun.
